This is why at Clancon we have a safety at work practice in operation and each member or the team adheres to this rigorously in each element of the working day.

Clancon Developments are a general building contracting company.

We specialise in new buildings, extensions and restoration works. We also provide a full planning and architectural service to all our clients as required.

Currently our office is based in Cabra, Dublin 7 and we have a separate operation in Kells, Co.Meath.

We are established since 2006 and are a family run business with each member bringing a variety of skills and experience to our company.

INSULATION

We specialise in insulation of all types anf for all applications. We are registered with www.seai.ie for all the grants that are available. We will gladly assist you in your application at any stage also.

COMPREHENSIVE SERVICE

We offer a full planning service along with specialising in new builds,extensions,renovations,attic conversions, loft conversions,insulating and insulation grants and roofing. We believe in working closely with our clients and designers as members of a team in order to achieve a successful completion to every job.
