This job was a full renovation and extension of bungalow in blackrock in dublin's south side. We transformed this bungalow into a two storey dwelling to the rear and a dormer bungalow to the front along with a side extension and all related works. We carried out a full re-wire and integrated sound system along with bespoke plumbing to the clients wishes. The finish of this project was extremely high as only the best materials were used including granite steps to the rear, polished porcelain tiles down stairs and solid wood flooring throughout upstairs. This was a 6 month schedule and was pretty much on time, although major weather issues hampered us on this job but we prevailed to achieve a great finish.
